WellSpun is dedicated to understanding the short, medium, and long term needs and aspirations of our partners’ businesses.

We begin every relationship with a 3-4 week onboarding that includes weekly 90 minute fact finding meetings. After this process, we deliver a proposal for how to solve any immediate pain points and how we may add value to ongoing operations.

Our fact-finding meetings focus on these questions:

  • Are there any immediately important tasks that WellSpun or our network can tackle quickly?

  • What are the fiscal and holistic benchmarks we can help achieve and what are the hierarchy of these wants and needs?

  • What are the real revenue generating and internal or external optic needs? What is the timeline for these needs?

  • Which of our capabilities (operational, procedural, and tech-systematic) can be of use?

  • How can we best advise, be part of, offer support to and generally fortify your team?
