Celia Erickson joins WellSpun with an impressive background and extensive networks within New York City's fine dining scene. Her rich experience includes notable positions at Wally’s Auction, Eleven Madison Park, Gramercy Tavern, Maialino, and most recently, Delicious Hospitality Group (Charlie Bird, Pasquale Jones, Bar Pasquale, Legacy Records, Ada’s Place, Midnight Plus One, and Silver Sands) where she served as the corporate wine director.
At WellSpun, Celia is responsible for operation and program coordination. Her meticulous attention to detail, grounded in deep product knowledge and care, ensures that we serve as a central hub for communication, efficiency, and accountability tailored to our clients' needs. Additionally, Celia maintains a select account run in New York and Connecticut and, alongside Will, leads our consumer and internal brand education initiatives.
