We begin every relationship with a 3-4 week, onboarding process that involves weekly fact finding meetings. After this process we deliver a proposal for how to solve any immediate pain points and how we may add value to ongoing operations.
Our fact-finding meetings focus on these questions:

What are the fiscal and holistic benchmarks we can help you achieve, and what is the hierarchical order of these wants and needs?
What are the real revenue generating and internal/external optic needs? What is the timeframe for addressing these needs?
Which of our capabilities (operational, procedural, or tech-systematic) can be of best use?
How can we offer the most effective advice, participate, provide support, and overall strengthen your team?
