We begin every relationship with a 3-4 week, onboarding process that involves weekly fact finding meetings. After this process we deliver a proposal for how to solve any immediate pain points and how we may add value to ongoing operations.

Our fact-finding meetings focus on these questions:

  • What are the fiscal and holistic benchmarks we can help you achieve, and what is the hierarchical order of these wants and needs?

  • What are the real revenue generating and internal/external optic needs? What is the timeframe for addressing these needs?

  • Which of our capabilities (operational, procedural, or tech-systematic) can be of best use?

  • How can we offer the most effective advice, participate, provide support, and overall strengthen your team?
