Will has spent his entire career in the food and beverage world, starting in culinary school and then working in restaurants, an auction house, brand advocacy, direct sales, distribution management, and finally spirits blending/product development. He is trained as a whiskey distiller and blender and has managed several private wine cellars since stepping back from the sommelier world.

Will has been asked to work in fascinating corners of the beverage industry and has made a career of focused on details.
